If you need a part after our "Normal" hours (depends on season/time of year), we have parts guys who can help. For this service there will be a $25 surcharge per call. We want to keep you in the field and hope you understand the need for the surcharge.

Parts Return/Restocking Fee Policy:
1) Special ordered parts returned Before 10 Days After Purchase Will Have A 15% Restocking Fee.
2) Special ordered parts returned After 10 Days After Purchase Will Have A 35% Restocking Fee.
3) Stock parts returned After 30 Days of Purchase Date Will Have A 15% Restocking Fee.
4) Parts retruned from a Non Grossenburg Location Will Have A Minimum 40% Restocking Fee.
5) All Electrical Parts Are Non-Returnable.
6) All parts need to be Saleable Condition With Bar Code & Part Number Label.
7) All parts must be in Original Packaging.
8) All Returns Are Under Discretion of Parts Person OR Management.
